Tracey Thue is the Biosafety Officer for the International Vaccine Centre (InterVac), a 145,000 sq ft CL3 facility currently being built by the University of Saskatchewan and the Vaccine & Infectious Disease Organization (VIDO). Tracey holds a Bachelor's of Science degree in Agriculture and a Master's of Science degree in Cattle Genetics from the University of Saskatchewan. After 8 years of research in beef cattle genetics, Tracey managed a CL2 laboratory and instructed an undergraduate cell biology techniques course in the College of Medicine at the U of S, before moving to VIDO. Tracey has been a member of ABSA and ABSA Canada since 2007.
